Why attend a JumpX class

Jumping Fitness is a new, trampoline based fitness workout.

JumpX is a low impact, high energy, very intense workout, which takes place on a small trampoline. Xtra Fun, Toning & Calorie Burning.

The “science”
The flexible, soft surface of the trampolines is much healthier for joints then jumping on the ground, and the class combines a fun workout with the opportunity to burn calories in a safe way whilst being motivated by brilliant music. It’s great for stamina, cardiovascular fitness and improving endurance.

Dynamic Fitness Training System

Jumping® is a dynamic fitness training system, conducted on specially developed Jumping® PROFI trampolines. Jumping® was born of the idea of developing a training program, that would considerably strengthen body and mind while keeping fun in mind.

Aerobic

The basis of Jumping® is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and ``power sports`` elements. The complexity of the exercises guarantees that one's whole body will be strengthened.

Effectiveness

Jumping® is three times more effective than jogging. This is due to the constant gravitational changes, which involve more than 400 muscles being tightened and relaxed at the same time. Far more than is the case with most other types of endurance sports.

Our history

Jumpingwithus was born from our mother company Jumping Fitness from the Czech Republic. Andrea and Monika brought this fitness system to London and opened classes across West London.

Our history

Aga & Roku trained under Master trainer Marek and became qualified Jumping Fitness Instructors. Thanks to Monica's pre Training guidance and apprenticeship they qualified top of the class.

We introduced Core routines to all of our classes to uniform, and bring our unique style to all of our lovely clients.

Some of our senior instructors were asked to record their most popular choreography, which then gave a sense of uniqueness and identity to our classes to set us apart.

We were invited to perform at Acton Carnival, and the whole team came together for a successful performance at a very colourful and crowded carnival.

Jumpingwithus brought it back to the 80s for our first attempt at a promo video. All our instructors and some of our clients got together to put together this fun, and 80's style video.

It was a lot of fun to put together, and we will look to creating more of these in the future.

Hello, I'm Monica, co-founder and Instructor. With a Zumba background, my forte is giving you an intense & effective workout. My classes aren't for the faint-hearted 😛

My main class is on Tuesdays in Hanwell at 7:30 pm, come try it out if you dare 🙂

With a long history of interest in sports (Martial arts, Tennis, Swimming) I originally started as a client many years ago, but then became an instructor and have never looked back. Now I am a qualified Jumping Fitness Instructor, taught by Master trainer Marek Bartos and Mentored by Jumpingwithus Creators Monika and Andrea.

JumpX co-owner and teaching on Thursdays in Ealing at 8pm. Jumping has kept me fit and healthy during these years, and there is nothing I enjoy more.

Aga started out as a client, and soon fell in love with Jumping, she is our Jumping Bunny, Personal Trainer with an abundance of energy. Aga's main class is teaching on Wednesdays in Wembley at 7:30pm
